Stuart has significant chair and executive experience working with acquisitive companies in the support services markets. Stuart is also Chairman of RGE Services and SoS Leak Detection. Stuart’s experience as a CEO of specialist services business such as Mears Group plc bring significant value to the board and group strategy.
At the start of September 2022, we were pleased to welcome Ryan Penman as Realise’s new Operations Manager. Ryan comes to the Company with a great skillset and much relevant experience, having worked for both Siemens and Wood Group for the last 12 years, latterly as Operations and Maintenance Manager. Ryan has considerable hands-on experience and hopes to make contact with Realise customers over the coming months to introduce himself.
Gerry Marshall has joined Realise Energy Services as Chief Executive Officer effective from the beginning of September 2025. Gerry brings extensive experience in leading and scaling businesses within the renewable energy and engineering sectors, and we are delighted to welcome him to the team.
