Stuart has significant chair and executive experience working with acquisitive companies in the support services markets. Stuart is also Chairman of RGE Services and SoS Leak Detection. Stuart’s experience as a CEO of specialist services business such as Mears Group plc bring significant value to the board and group strategy.
CEO of Realise Energy Services, Sheridan brings invaluable renewables engineering experience to the team. Having successfully delivered many wind turbine projects to UK customers over the last decade, his experience ranges from project management, civil and electrical design, wind turbine supply and installation, operation and maintenance and the decommissioning and re-powering of UK wind farms.
Mark brings a wealth of experience having spent over 18 years’ in the renewables sector and is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Realise Energy Services. Mark has a wide-ranging understanding of renewable energy technology, policy and finance, and particularly the needs of the rural sector, landowners, farmers and associated developers.
Greig joined the Realise board in April 2024 as our Chief Financial Officer to help deliver business growth through commercial challenge and sound financial stewardship.
With 15 years in senior finance positions across a variety of sectors including technology and with exposure to private equity, Greig brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and a proven track record of positively impacting businesses through clear reporting, robust cost and budget controls and change management.
At the start of September 2022, we were pleased to welcome Ryan Penman as Realise’s new Operations Manager. Ryan comes to the Company with a great skillset and much relevant experience, having worked for both Siemens and Wood Group for the last 12 years, latterly as Operations and Maintenance Manager. Ryan has considerable hands-on experience and hopes to make contact with Realise customers over the coming months to introduce himself.
Graeme originally joined Realise in April 2016 as a Service Technician. He came to us from an Agricultural Engineering background and brought a wealth of knowledge in all disciplines of engineering. Now with over 8 years of practical experience of the Wind Turbine O&M and Renewables Industry under his belt, he heads up the technical and development side of the business as Technical Director.
Tim has held senior positions at Vestas, negotiating Turbine Supply Agreements and O&M contracts for both on and offshore wind farms. With 25 years plus experience in the wind sector, he is highly respected having given presentations at governmental level and held positions on the RUK strategy groups advising on policies.

Joining the business in January 2024 as our Interim Financial Director, Graham is an initiative-taking commercially focussed finance director experienced in delivering permanent and interim financial leadership.
With over 15 years of experience in various sectors, including private equity, transport, manufacturing, business services and technology, he has a proven track record of delivering rapid change, maintaining budget spend and income streams, implementing continuous improvement, overhauling financial controls, streamlining organizations, system implementation, business acquisitions, and investor relations. He also has a strong background in financial consultancy, having completed several short-term contracts for various clients.
